Gig Workers:

We make money from Gig Workers.     (Craigslist has a category for Gig Workers, which lets you advertise to them for free.)

Gig Workers can also be called self-employed employees.   Self-employed workers don't have an employer-employee relationship with any company and are responsible for their work and expenses.   The IRS defines a self-employed worker as an independent contractor.

Simply allow gig workers to earn $15 per vehicle for doing the work at your retail Service Center.

Charge gig workers $25/ea for Klearstar.

The gig worker gets paid $40  and earns $15 per car, as a result.

You keep the $20 profit from each Klearstar sold to a Gig Worker.

Gig Workers are easier to supervise than you would think:

Gig Workers soon discover they often get rewarded with cash "tips" from customers.

"Tipping" is usually enough encouragement for a gig worker to keep a helpful attitude and provide the best customer service.

College Students:

College Students are an endless source of Gig Workers.

Community Colleges and Universities normally have a student employment office where students find local employers who need part-time workers.

If the local college does not have an employment office, they will certainly have a Student Bulletin Board where you can post job opportunities.
