Even in high-traffic workshop locations, there are only 10 or 15 people each week, who have seen what we do, know what we charge and are ready to have their headlights restored.
Less Hours = More Money
Instead of being open all week -- we capture these customers into a 6 to 10 hour window by limiting our retail business hours.
The purpose is -- to get these 10 or 15 people to visit on a single day or two. Squeeze them in at the rate of 2 or 3 cars per hour and earn an hourly income of $60 or more.
